Anna is author of Closing the Gap in Homeownership--Rewriting the Rules Against Mortgage Discrimination. In her book, Anna highlights racial disparities in loan approval rates, property valuations, and service standards. Winner of 5 national book awards, she has published a number of books in recent years on affordable and sustainable homeownership, including a housing financing book in Spanish. Anna is a nationally recognized expert on the topic of fair and responsible mortgage lending and has written more than 40 compliance handbooks for industry professionals.
