Feeling afraid? Try this easy tool.
If you're like me (and lots of people I've heard from), you're having lots of ups and downs right now. One minute you feel *super* solid, and the next you're feeling a bit lost.
Tapping can help manage some of those emotional ups and downs, and it doesn't take expertise or a lifetime of practice in order to get some relief.
This video is on fear, which was inspired by a high school friend who reached out after seeing some of my tapping videos on facebook. She's had COVID, and after the difficult experience of getting sick, she's having some fear and panic related to going back into the world.
