What is tapping?

Tapping, otherwise known as the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a powerful, evidence-based technique that helps manage stress, emotions, pain and trauma. It uses acupressure (aka tapping) on different parts of the face and chest that correspond to some of the same areas used in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. By tapping on these tapping points, you can induce profound changes in the brain and nervous system. Jill is a certified tapping practitioner, who can help you reach your physical and emotional goals through 1:1 sessions, CME-and CE-accredited ‘Train the Trainer’ programs, corporate trainings, online courses, and more!
