Retreat dates: Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 4pm through Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 12p
Location: Heartwood Retreat Center, Blue Ridge GA, 90 miles outside of Atlanta
Rooming information: all rooms have 2 twin beds, with shared baths. If you are coming to the retreat alone, you will be paired with a roommate. There are a limited number of private rooms available at an additional fee, please email _______ for more information.

Pricing tiers (all prices are per person, please see below for guidance on which tier to choose):
Tier 1:
Early bird (non-refundable, paid in full on or before May 4, 2025): $655
General registration: $735
Tier 2:
Early bird (non-refundable, paid in full on or before May 4, 2025): $850
General registration: $930
Tier 3:
Early bird (non-refundable, paid in full on or before May 4, 2025): $1055

Consider contributing at the Tier 1 level if some or all of the following is true for you:
You have no or very limited expendable income
You struggle to meet your basic needs (food, housing, transportation)
You are unable to work (either for disability, visa, incarceration or other issues)
You are paying your own way through college
You have significant debt
You have medical expenses not covered by insurance
You receive public assistance
You have immigration-related expenses
You are an elder with limited financial support
You are an unpaid community organizer
You are a returning citizen who has been denied work due to incarceration history

You do not/did not need to take out loans in order to afford college

You have networks of support you can ask to help cover the cost of your participation in this gathering
You own the home you live in
You have access to family money and resources in times of need
You work part time by choice
You have a relatively high degree of earning power due to level of education (or gender and racial privilege, class background, etc.).
Consider contributing at the Tier 3 level if some or all of the following is true for you:
You are regularly able to buy new things
You have access to generational wealth or financial savings
You have investments, retirement accounts, or inherited money
You travel recreationally
You would like to contribute towards a scholarship for someone who does not have the means to attend at full-price
