Learn Tapping – and Take the Practice Anywhere
“Because of tapping, I got “unstuck” and saw evidence of change. I felt a new sense of freedom and I was hopeful. Things around me were happening! Through tapping, I had the fastest results I’ve ever experienced. The tapping process is efficient and results are immediate and long-lasting.”
-Susan Morley, Parenting Coach, Atlanta, GA
What is tapping?
Tapping, otherwise known as the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a powerful, evidence-based evidence-based technique that helps manage stress, emotions, pain and trauma. It uses acupressure (aka tapping) on different parts of the face and chest that correspond to some of the same areas used in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. By tapping on these tapping points, you can induce profound changes in the brain and nervous system. Jill is a trained tapping practitioner, who can help you reach your physical and emotional goals through 1:1 sessions, CME-accredited ‘Train the Trainer’ programs, corporate trainings, online courses, and more! Keep reading for more details.

Learn about Anti-Racism – Equip Yourself To Take Meaningful Action
"Living in middle Georgia and treating a racially diverse population of patients, and working with a racially diverse group of people, my own judgement and bias bubbles up EVERY SINGLE DAY. Applying those tools to process the sensations I was feeling when faced with my bias on race wasn't on my radar until this course. I see the tools I've been exposed to in this course as necessary to break down those old myths I've been holding as truths. I don't think it's possible to truly be anti racist advocates if we don't have the tools to crack open our hearts and minds."
-R. McInnis, Mother-Baby Nurse, Macon, GA

“When I see someone and notice that I am forming opinions (positive or negative), I now question those opinions sooner (& more fully) and try to understand where they are coming from. What has led me to assign these feelings or assumptions to this person or people? Not just in situations involving BIPOC, but really in just about every situation.”
