Bring EFT/Tapping Training to Your Organization

“The training was absolutely amazing. Jill answered all of our questions very well and was very patient with us. The guidance documents she provided us were super helpful and will continue to help me as I go deeper into the practice. After the training, I feel confident in tapping and helping others learn how to tap.”

-Esther Oyerinde, Medical Student, Atlanta, G

What is Tapping?

Tapping, otherwise known as the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a powerful, evidence-based stress-reduction and wellness technique. It uses tapping (also called acupressure) on different parts of the face and chest, similar to some of the areas used in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. Tapping on these tapping points has been scientifically proven to induce profound changes in the brain and nervous system.

Tapping programs with Jill are an excellent addition to your organization’s wellness offerings. They can benefit your organization by helping your employees to manage stress and anxiety, enhance team building skills and psychological safety, process trauma, process difficult emotions such as overwhelm and frustration, improve burnout, improve professional relationships, and more.

Jill is an experienced tapping practitioner, and she can help your organization reach its wellness, professional development, and team-building goals through ‘Train the Trainer’ programs, corporate trainings, online courses, and more! Keep reading for more details.

Bring Anti-Racism Training, Coaching and Consulting to
Your Organization

"Studying the characteristics of white supremacy culture provided an effective framework in which to build out the additional learning modules. This course gave me the courage to discuss race with my co-workers with an open heart and the ability to listen, because I was able to take myself out of the equation. I recommend this course for anyone open and willing to look deeper at their own biases and confront the instances of racism in their work environment."

-L. Wright, Nurse
